Casa del Ruscello is available to rent between March and October. The pool will be open from Easter to end of September dependent on weather.

For alternative lengths of stay, please contact us for prices. Changeover days are usually Saturday but for stays longer than one week we can be flexible. Welcome packs of food and toiletries are available on request. In addition to the prices above, you will be asked to provide a £300 security deposit which will be returned after your stay. £250 deposit will confirm your booking.

We have adopted all the sanitary measures to comply with Covid-safe stays. If you need to undertake Covid testing (lateral flow) during your stay, either in order to maintain your EU Green Pass status, or to prove you are fit to fly, they are available locally in the pharmacy in Guardiagrele (20 minute drive) for just €15 each. The local health authority emails you almost immediately with the credentials to obtain your green pass.

For all bookings a minimum deposit of £250 must be paid to secure your booking (subject to change), with the remaining balance payable no later than 28 days before the first day of your holiday. The cost of cleaning before and after your arrival is included in the price. Weekly pool maintenance, bed linen and bath towels are all included. A security deposit of £300 will be requested along with your final payment and will be returned once our housekeeper has confirmed that the house is in good order without damage.
