“A delightful retreat in rural Italy. The house is vast yet cosy - there’s plenty of space to get lost in and be alone or, if you want to socialise, there are two lounge areas and a fabulous kitchen/dining area. The views from most of the rooms in the house are breath-taking. The house has been immaculately restored and renovated, traditional yet with a modern twist. It is very well equipped with everything you’d hope to find in a holiday home. Regarding location, it’s in the middle of ‘nowhere’ but with amenities within a short (steep) walk or drive. The surrounding area is beautiful - very Italian! You don’t feel like you’re treading the tourist path and that makes it just a little bit more special. We were very sad to leave.”

“I wanted to write to say how much we enjoyed our stay earlier this year. The house and views have to be seen to be believed - stunning and incredibly relaxing. All 8 of us wished we could have stayed for another week. You have done a remarkable job with the house which is a notch above what I have stayed in before, and the drive from Rome in our hire car was relatively painless and allowed us to spend a few days in Rome on the return journey. Thanks again and I hope to visit again next year ”
